Olympic athletes have long recognized that the mental game is just as important as the physical. Sport Psychology offers powerful mental skills to help teams and individuals overcome stress and limiting thoughts, and perform to their best. Hong Kong Sport Psychologist, Karen Lo, offers 1:1 consultations, on-field support, and workshops to help athletes, students, coaches and parents put these mental skills to practice. Services include:
1. Individual Consultations
Personalized mental-skills programs to help athletes overcome mental blocks and take their game to the next level. Also available for parents & coaches to support healthy dynamics & team cohesion.
Programs include 8-12 x 50min sessions.
2. On-Field Support
Includes observations, briefings and support during practices and/or competitions. Also available to accompany teams on overseas tournaments.
3. Talks & Workshops
Mental Skills talks and workshops for schools, sport teams and organizations. Topics can range from sport psychology, mindfulness, stress management, team building, motivation and confidence, etc.
